Career Prospects Limited was incorporated in April 2001 after operating as Modern Management Consultants since August 1997.
The firm is Zambian owned and managed, with the majority share held by a woman.
CPL provides contemporary human resources management and consulting services with a Total Quality Management (TQM) and transformational approach.
Our prime objective is to help organisation members understand and change the way they work, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and to provide consulting at the cutting edge of management practice in Zambia.
CPL was born out of the realisation that there is a real need for attitude change in the Zambian workplace, and a need for independent professional advisors of management practice.
